Are You Ready?

So hard to believe Thanksgiving has come and gone- and
after much hard work and anticipation - our beautiful new
store in N Palm Beach is open!
Now we’re on to the holidays. For all those celebrating
Chanukah – I hope you’re enjoying with friends and family!
If you’re like me, this is a month I love and, to a certain
degree, dread – getting into the holiday gift shopping
mood, going to the first boat parade party ,coordinating
my calendar with dinners and parties with friends, traveling
to see family….soo much to do, there just doesn’t seem to be
enough time in the day. Not to mention, planning my outfits
to go with all of the above!
So, here are my thoughts. I know I’ve said it before, but it’s
worth repeating – I just LOVE all my velvet pieces. From
casual to dressy, there’s just nothing as comfy, cozy-and so
versatile.
My go to power shopping outfit? John Eshaya’s velour
cold shoulder top and pant teamed up with my Golden
Goose sneakers – Now I’m ready!
Jeans are a mainstay in everyone’s wardrobe and Citizen’s
of Humanity does the perfect skinny jean –this season in
Velvet! And I cant tell you how much I've been wearing my CP Shades embroidered velvet blouse - it's really become a mainstay in my wardrobe.
I always look forward to spending time with my family for
the holidays, reflecting on the past year and appreciating all
we have to celebrate. Traveling to get there is another
story-but my Pam and Gela velour sweat shirt and pant is
my perfect travel companion. So easy to wear on the plane
and I look just as good when on I get off the flight as I did
when I got on!
I love dressing up for a holiday party, and this Ulla
Johnson velvet embellished top just makes me feel
special. Depending on my mood or the occasion, there are
soo many ways I can play with this top. Its been all about the blazer this year and I've gotten so much wear out of my Norma Kamali velvet pantsuit.
Of course, I can't forget the shoes! Ballet flats are always chic and stylish – and nothing out does this Emma Hope embroidered velvet ballet flat.
Oops - almost forgot to mention my favorite new lipstick – Dior
Rouge lipstick and liner in number 999 is the perfect red.
And who doesn’t love red this time of year?
So please, enjoy your holidays and take time to reflect on the
joys of the past year- as I appreciate the great gift you have
given me- your trust, patronage and loyalty.
